Paul Tolley

Paul was the founding partner of Real World Marketing Limited which was set up in 1999 and has been at the helm of the business ever since. He combines a strong Commercial, Marketing and Brand Management experience from leading FMCG companies such as RHM (now Premier Foods), Princes and J N Nichols (Vimto) Plc with the experience of working with leading Global companies such as Nestle, Danone and Mitsubishi.

A graduate of Liverpool Business School, Paul spent Part of his early career in Business to Business Marketing and Market Research.




Simon Reeve
Simon brings commercial retailing experience including direct own label management, category development and supplier management. For five years Simon was a member of the senior management team at Iceland Foods, first as a Category Buying Manager for the £285m frozen food category then the £400m Grocery category. He was also responsible for all Iceland Own Label development.

Before making the move to retailing, Simon had a varied range of marketing experience in Unilever. His early years were spent at Lever Brothers where he was brand manager of Domestos, and were followed by roles at Birds Eye where he was in charge of marketing their £200m core vegetable range. He also spent time in national account management, responsible for Tesco. More recently, Simon was at John West where as market development and quality manager, he was involved in product development, brand activity and category management planning. He was responsible for launching a range of innovative added value canned fish products.

He has a degree in politics and modern history and recently completed the Iceland senior management program at Manchester Business School.
